This app is for customers of University Pharmacy shops in Ontario. It does not replace speaking with a pharmacist or a doctor.

OTC items in the cart are not prescriptions. Controlled or restricted medicines are filled only through Refill or Transfer, after a pharmacist checks the file.

Delivery times (same-day London, Ontario 1–2 days, Purolator Express) are estimates. Weather, stock, and pharmacy hours can change them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including family members’ names and allergies. Pickup may require ID.
